Privacy Policy

In order to return your items, the following criteria have to be met:

  1. Customers must receive the products before requesting an exchange or return.
  2. The purchased item can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of received product from us.
  3. Purchased item to be exchanged or refunded must be in the original condition and packaging, unwashed and unworn.

 

If the return items are not in the original condition, we have rights not to refund for any cases.

 

Step 1: Submit return request

There are 2 options.

  • You can now start a return by submit a return form or;
  • Send email to customerservice.napiyong@gmail.com to get conformation on your return request.

 

Please note: Customers will be responsible for the return shipments & cost.

 

Step 2: Return an item

Once you have received an email with your “Return Confirmation Code”, please pack up the items you’d like to return. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. In case you have many order numbers would like to return together, please separated the parcel by order number in order to let us proceed quicker in the stock management.

Please mention the Return Confirmation Code at the front of parcel also.

Step 3: Processing & Refunds

Please allow 7-15 business days to proceed your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.

We will refund the price of merchandise including duties & taxes that you purchased (prorated to the number of units being returned).

 

For purchases done via Paypal, the money will be refund back into your account which may take up to two billing cycles for your refund amount to appear in your account summary.

 

For purchases with bank transfer, depending on your bank, please allow up to 7-15 working days to proceed the refund back to your bank account that you used for purchasing.

Please specify the bank account information in the return request that you need us to refund back. The required info are;

  1. Bank account name e.g. SCB- Siam Commercial Bank
  2. Bank account number e.g. 404-111-1234
  3. Bank account owner’s name e.g. Miss Damon Maxi
