Return & Refund policy
1.Normally, we accept the return items only on the items that we send to you wrongly, doesn’t match the listing description, or any other mistakes from our store, e.g. wrong size or color from what you order.
Please ensure that you read through the description & check clearly on the size measurement detail.
We will be responsible on the shipping cost for this case of return.
(Please note: the displayed color might be varied and slightly different from the actual color of items, depends on your screen setting and devices.)

Note: for other return reasons, please send us a message via the above contact channels with justification of your return for our further consideration whether to accept your return request or not. Customers will be responsible for the return shipment & cost on these cases.
2. Customers must receive the products before requesting a return.
3. The purchased item can be refunded within 14 days from the date of received product from us.
4. Purchased item to be refunded must be in the original condition and packaging, unwashed and unworn.
5. In case of you would like to cancel your order, you can cancel only at the stage that product is not shipped out from our warehouse, please email to us only on this matter. You are not allowed to cancel your order if the product is already dispatched from our warehouse.
If the return items are not in the original condition, we have rights not to refund for any cases.
Step 2: Return an item
Once you have received an email that confirm the return request or confirmation message from us, please pack up the items you’d like to return. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. In case you have many order numbers would like to return together, please separate the parcel by order number in order to let us proceed quicker in our stock management process.
Please mention the order number at the front of parcel also.

Step 3: Processing & Refunds
Please allow 7-15 business days to proceed your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.
We will refund the price of merchandise that you purchased (prorated to the number of units being returned).
For purchases done via Paypal, the money will be refund back into your account which may take up to two billing cycles for your refund amount to appear in your account summary.
For purchases with bank transfer, depending on your bank, please allow up to 7-15 working days to proceed the refund back to your bank account that you used for purchasing.
Please specify the bank account information in the return request that you need us to refund back. The required info are;
